1. Full Container Load (FCL) Solutions

As a licensed Non-Vessel Operating Common Carrier (NVOCC), ZT-AGENCY CHINA holds direct service contracts with major maritime alliances (Ocean Alliance, 2M, THE Alliance). We provide guaranteed container allocations and priority loading during peak shipping seasons across primary Chinese export hubs including Shenzhen (Yantian & Shekou), Ningbo-Zhoushan, Shanghai, Qingdao, Guangzhou (Nansha), and Tianjin (Xingang).

2. Less than Container Load (LCL) Consolidation

When your cargo volume ranges from 1 to 15 CBM, paying for a full container is uneconomical. Our dedicated LCL consolidation network offers weekly groupage services directly to destination deconsolidation container freight stations (CFS).

  • Direct De-vanning: Minimizing handling transfers to reduce cargo damage risks.
  • Transparent Tariffs: No arbitrary destination markups or hidden terminal charges. We provide written destination CFS fee schedules prior to booking.
  • Full Cargo Inspection: Photos and dimensional re-checks provided at our CFS warehouse before container stuffing.

3. Our Step-by-Step Ocean Transport Process

  1. Booking Confirmation & S/O Release: Shipping order (S/O) released within 4 hours of receipt of booking.
  2. Cargo Gate-in & Container Stuffing: Factory container loading or consolidation at our port warehouse.
  3. Customs Clearance: China export Single-Window declaration filed prior to customs cut-off.
  4. Vessel Departure & Sea Transit: Master B/L (MBL) or House B/L (HBL) issued promptly upon sailing.
  5. Destination Release / Delivery: Telex release or Original B/L surrender with customs support at destination.
