How Multi-Supplier Consolidation Works

  1. Central Receiving: Your suppliers deliver cargo to our local port warehouse under your unique reference code.
  2. Verification & Reporting: We inspect packaging integrity, verify piece counts against packing lists, and upload high-resolution photos for your approval.
  3. Value-Added Repacking: We consolidate multiple shipments into a single FCL container or unified LCL crate to minimize freight volume.
  4. Unified Export Declaration: We consolidate documents into one commercial invoice and one Master Bill of Lading, saving substantial destination customs entry fees.

2. Certified Wooden Packaging & Fumigation (ISPM-15)

Most destination countries (USA, EU, Australia, Canada, etc.) strictly prohibit solid raw wood packaging unless treated and stamped with the official IPPC (International Plant Protection Convention) mark:

  • Heat Treatment (HT): Wood core temperature heated to 56°C for a minimum of 30 minutes.
  • IPPC Stamp Application: Official circular stamp displaying country code, facility registration, and HT treatment code.
  • Official Fumigation Certificate: Issued by China Inspection and Quarantine (CIQ) for formal customs presentation.
